Philosophy

Preparation. Knowledge. Confidence.

 

The goal of our training sessions is to push players to perform at their highest level each time they step on the court. Our primary focus is developing basic fundamentals such as footwork, body mechanics and positioning. As players improve their fundamentals, our next target is to increase the player’s understanding and knowledge of the game. Through specific training and drill work, players will develop a complete understanding of basketball concepts including getting open, reading the defense, offensive movement and using ball-screens. With a solid understanding of the “what/when/why”, players can become truly effective scorers. Ultimately, fundamentally sound and knowledgeable players become confident and successful competitors.

Location

Coach Ashley trains mostly out of the Redmond/Eastside area. She has some indoor gym access, and also trains outside at local elementary school courts during the spring and summer. Please contact her for more information. 

Rates

Rates are determined by a number of factors including gym location, number of participants, and session length. Example rates are listed below. Actual rates will be determined upon request.

 

Individual Session: $75-$100 – 60 minutes
Small Group (3-6 players): $30-$35 per player – 70 minutes
Team Session (7-12 players): $15-$20 per player – 90 minutes
